Zuzanna usually works out at least 5 days a week but if you're doing cardio (biking) 3 days a week I definitely don't think you need to worry about doing this too. You should be burning off enough calories through that, and your muscles need a break every now and then.

Hello, thank you for breaking everything down. It is really helpful.
I have one doubt...how many days a week should we do the workout? I hope it's 3 or 4. I already have a training program with my bike 3 days a week, and I would like to do both.
Thank you!!

@Green Eyed Girl -- Zuzana is really incredible. I'm awed and completely motivated by her at the same time. The "force" is strong with that one :-) I don't have much "equipment" either...been using cans of refried beans for my free weights. And I have to say they work perfectly fine! I'm eating fairly clean but I'm not much of a junk food eater anyway. We usually cook our meals at home and try to eat fresh whenever possible. But I'm not on any specific eating schedule or high protein diet.

Glad to find a fellow bodyrock challenger! We can keep each other posted on our progress! Zuzanna is awesome! I like how her exercises are short but boy do you get a workout. I prefer the "equipment" free ones, as I do not have the proper equipment :(.

Are you eating clean too?

GO MOM GO!
