We don't currently eat many jellies or jams so that's kinda wasted on us...and we have a ton of 1 liter jars that I picked up for next to nothing so I have to find something to put in these things that we won't be eating for the next year lol. Hopefully next year we can actually use the veggies out of our own garden and that will help determine exactly what I can... Well, I’m curious to try canning just about everything. Maybe if we get enough tomatoes and salsa canned to last us until next year, I'll use the rest of the tomatoes for soup.
