Ayla’s left her mark
I almost had heart failure a few minutes ago. Ayla was laying in the entry hall and I was here in the office wrapping things up before hubby came home. I heard the dog upstairs in one of the rooms and wondered to myself when I’d left the spare bedroom door open. Far from finished but still progress
Yesterday hubby called Macky to talk about something and Macky mentioned that he’d be working late tonight to finish up the bathroom. But as of 20 minutes ago, he and his helper have left the building and I don’t think they intend to come back tonight. The bath is getting there
The new bathroom upstairs is still coming along nicely. They’ve reinstalled the radiator up there and it actually works so that makes two out of 4 rooms that have heat upstairs now. The heater guy is supposed to come out with Macky on Friday so hopefully that will really be the case and we can get the heat flowing in the rest of the house finally. Progress on the new bath
Macky did come to the house yesterday. Apparently he caught a nasty virus from his son and he was in bed all day sick. He still doesn’t call to tell us what’s going on and I know he doesn’t really have to “report” to anyone but it’s still nice to know if he’s planning to show up or not. Bath contruction well underway
Macky finally arrived around 11 am with his number one helper, the funny guy.
