Frisbee for all

So I think I’ve mentioned before that we now have a Frisbee for Ayla to play with outside…and it has helped us to realize that we really enjoy throwing it back and forth to each other while she plays with something else. High Energy Wednesday

Is it possibly that it’s only 8 am?? Feels like I’ve been awake all day already. Have a water phobia? Beware of Newfoundlands

So today we got to pick Ayla back up from the breeders and we almost started to think that we had brought home the wrong dog because she was on her very best behavior. Busy morning with the new puppy

Food control is working on doggo

So I tried the food control method for lunch and it worked really well. After the first couple of times of putting the food back on the counter when she lunged for it, she seemed to get the message very quickly. Of course she is HIGHLY motivated by food so that helps. The Great Escape

Today Marilyn, our Siamese mix, decided to make a break for it. I guess all the barking and training and fluffy dog nonsense has just gotten to be too much for her.
