As of today, we have sold the old funky kitchen which was in our house. We had definitely hoped to get a lot more money from it but at least we still got €150 and that will at least help us recoop a tiny bit of what we’ve paid out for trash containers and other things already.
The buyer will hopefully come on Saturday to remove the kitchen from the walls (that was part of the deal and a major reason why we’re letting it go so cheaply). We know that won’t be a pleasant task and if we hadn’t been able to sell it at all then we certainly would have paid more than €150 to throw it all away, especially the mini-fridge and oven. That should be an interesting day to say the least!
