Garlic & Honey Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Salt the chicken pieces and rub them all over with garlic. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
  3. Put pieces in a roasting pan, making sure that the garlic is still on them. Use a pan that will allow you to spread out the chicken and avoid stacking the pieces. Pour beer into bottom of pan. Roast in oven for about 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Make a foil tent for the chicken if the garlic begins to brown or crisp.
  4. Take the pan out and pour honey over the chicken, making sure that each piece is well covered. If you need more honey, use it.
  5. Roast for another 20 minutes or until the chicken pieces are crisp and shiny brown.
  6. Put on a warm platter and serve.
