water

sugar

large mangoes – peeled
seeded, and cubed
Juice of 2 limes
Instructions
Boil water and sugar in a small pot until sugar has completely dissolved. Should make about 1 cup of simple syrup (water/sugar mix).
Puree mango pieces in food processor. Add syrup and lime juice. Puree until desired smoothness is reached.
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze.
