Authentic Bavarian Potato Salad
This fresh, zippy potato salad recipe is a favorite in our house and it always disappears quickly.

potatoes
red or russet (or both!)

small onion
finely chopped

medium zesty or bread & butter pickles
diced, würziger
1/4
cup
pickle juice

teaspoon
powdered bouillon
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
oil
1-2
tablespoons
water
Instructions
Add onions, pickles and juice into large bowl. Let them marinate together.
Boil potatoes until they fall off a fork without breaking, about 20 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Add to bowl.
Add oil, bouillon, vinegar and mix well. Let sit for at least 30 minutes so flavors can combine.
