Staying in the house after all
No, not permanently…just for today. We were originally thinking we would go back to the farm to work on the kitchen some more since we finally know what the tall cabinets are supposed to look like which go on either side of the oven…but neither of us was...We’ve got windows
Since they made the holes far too large to start with for the windows, they had to close up quite a bit of space. But the small windows are now in as you can see and the frame for the doors as well. Slowly but surely it’s starting to look like a house again...A few pictures…
So I remembered the camera today so I have a few pictures to share about the progress.Here’s the current state of the kitchen. The estrich is poured and looking very good…now we just have to wait for it to set up. And then they’ll be able to mount...Here’s how it is
The stair guys just left which I guess is why they were cleaning up. Very nice that they did so, though, I cannot complain there. Since they are gone, I was able to inspect what they’ve done and also what the lackey was doing upstairs when I heard him knocking...ABOUT NOH
