The rain has stopped..for now
Finally the rain stopped around 11 am and, after a long walk with our newfie dog, it was time for lunch.Yesterday at the market, we bought quite a few local products, including buffalo mozzarella fresh from the farm, a chunk of Parmesan, salami, prosciutto and other...Rain, rain and more rain!
After an overcast day yesterday which we used to go shopping for groceries in Grado it has started raining over night.Thankfully we thought to bring our sun sail, which now has mutated into a rain tarp. Without it, it would definitely be absolutely miserable. Well,...Destination: Italy
Our plans to leave at 11 am were mostly met today…but we didn’t come very close to making it to Salzburg by 1 pm. It seems that every slow moving vehicle which could have been on the road in front of us, was. We eventually arrived at the highway rest stop...Bella Italia!!
We’re on our way to Italy and the navi says we’ve only got 140 km to go. We started out at about 11 am this morning and intended to meet up with Steffen and Steffi at 1 pm at a rest stop outside of Salzburg, Austria. But what should have taken us 2 hours...ABOUT NOH
