We’re off to Stefan’s parents tomorrow. My mom hasn’t been down to Bavaria while she’s visited so she’ll get to see something different…and some more of the family living in the area will get to meet Mack for the first time.
There might be a bit more snow for Ayla to frolick in…but the temps are going to stay in the mid-20’s and lower for the next few weeks so we’ll be bundling up. Hopefully we can still manage to minimize what we take, though, since we want to take the Freelander and the cargo space with doggo, baby and 3 adults will be very limited. As much as we want it to be roomie like the Defender – it just isn’t. And driving the Defender would make it a colder, slower experience even if it might be more spacious.
It’s our first traveling experience with Mackie so it should be interesting. Hopefully I don’t forget anything vital…but worst case we’ll just go pick it up on Saturday since everything is thankfully still open then.
