It’s garlic time

The last time we bought garlic, a few of the cloves ended up sprouting before we ate them. We are big garlic eaters in our house so we figured we’d go ahead and give growing garlic a try. So we let the cloves sprout a bit more and I finally took the time to put the little guys in a pot today. We have four cloves but one of them looks like it may have died already. It seems that it should be quite easy to grow and I found a rather useful site called The Garlic Store which is written by professional growers that gives a lot of good information. Not only do they have growing information but they also sell the stock, garlic flowers, have tons of interesting recipes and garlic gifts.
