In a few of my recent posts about the seedlings we have started for our garden, I commented that we ordered cheap, plastic pots from eBay because we couldn’t find any stores around us selling them…at least not the home improvement stores we frequent. Unfortunately, the pots took FOREVER to get here and we were starting to wonder whether we would get them at all. The seller wouldn’t answer emails and now that I’ve looked at their feedback again, they seem a bit sketchy…but they were the only ones offering the pots we wanted. Sometimes you just have to take a chance.

So I am happy to report that the pots have arrived. They got here this morning to my amazement. I can hardly wait to start replanting everything now and I do mean everything. We started to think we would have to put the plants in the ground and just hope for the best against the evil slugs. But thankfully, we will be able to re-pot them now and shelter them a little while longer in the greenhouse.

What have we learned from this lesson? If we have to order pots from this guy again, make sure we do it with a month to spare 🙂
