Well folks, it’s finally happened. We got snow! And I have to say – it’s just as fantastic as everyone led me to believe it would be!!!

Not only could I see everywhere I’d been walking…but everything was just crisp and fantastic! Even the water in the stream tasted better.

While we were out, my friend Maya appeared. So I laid down to wait for her…oh so patiently.

And then the games really began! We were running and frolicking. Such a good time!

Look – we’re almost like wild mustangs! 🙂

After about 30 minutes of hard running and playing, we were totally spent. I had ice caked in my paws and everything. It wasn’t fun – but it’s a small price to pay for the awesomeness that is snow.

Hope you’re all having a great start into 2009. I can’t wait to see what other unexpected surprises await me!
