In many parts of the Northern Hemisphere, it’s starting to get cooler and the passing of Halloween means the holiday season is now upon us!
While we don’t get much cold weather down here in South Florida (and when it does happen to drop below 70°F, we pull out the sweaters and jackets), we do love entertaining guests. - Pick simple, make ahead or familiar recipes. The holidays are not the time to get creative in the kitchen and you don’t need to morph into Wolfgang Puck either.
- Plan ahead. Make your shopping lists & buy things ahead of time as possible…especially if they go on sale!

- Smile and have fun! To quote Clark Griswold, “It’s the holidays and everyone is miserable.” But seriously, even if things start to go wrong, do your best to relax, stay calm and make the most of the time with family and friends.
