What We Learned
Midlife is a lot. Aging parents, a kid leaving the nest, a body that’s changing, and a marriage that’s still going strong after nearly 25 years. Honest talk from someone in the thick of it.

Less stuff, less stress, more of what matters. What overseas moves, a farmhouse cleanout and fitting life into a fifth wheel taught us, and where we’re headed next: an empty nest and, someday, a boat.
