Last night we tried out a new recipe. We had a couple of friends over for my birthday and thought it would be nice to do some kind of seafood pasta. We found this one on allrecipes.com and really loved it. It packs quite a punch but the dish is just fantastic. Next time we’ll probably use a few more scallops, though, because they were so tasty!

Making this dish also gave us a reason to use my new pasta machine which I’ll write more about later – but I will say it’s one of the greatest inventions ever. We’re definitely going to be using it a lot in the future.
