Ayla and I spent most of the day at the farm today because the contractor is still working on the bathroom and, since we’re still testing him to see if we are going to let him do most of the other work in the house, he doesn’t have a key. This means I need to drive 30-45 minutes to the farm whenever he needs to work on something…and because there is no heat on in the house (perfect for a Newf, right?), we can’t stay there overnight – or at least not comfortably.
I usually bring my laptop along so I can work on some things while I sit there. Unfortunately we don’t have the Internet hooked up there yet (although we’re working on it already) but at least I can focus on some other things that way that don’t require the Internet which often just tends to be a distraction.
As I walked back into the dining room where all my stuff is set up, Ayla had moved into my chair. The picture was just too cute so I thought I’d share. 🙂
