Now that we've been here in Berlin a little over four weeks, we have really begun to compare the city we left with the city we moved to. To be honest, there is no real comparison between Frankfurt and Berlin, because they are just worlds apart. One is an amazing city...
Well, we're officially moved in. The majority of the boxes have been unpacked, the rugs have been laid, the furniture is built and filled with whatever belongs in it and we're starting to finally think about finding a rhythm and some "normalcy" again. We've already...
During our six years in Schöneck, we've grown to know (and love) many of the local businesses in the area. Although we've now moved on to exploring Schöneberg, Büdesheim will always hold a special place in our hearts. So I wanted to do a bit of a tribute post to the...

Happy Wednesday friends! And what a cool one it is. Mom asked me to do something super useful today which is talk about moving to Germany with your pets. I'm not actually one of those pets because my ancestors were imported to Germany long before I was ever born. But...
Yesterday we got back from a whirlwind trip to Berlin. The train ride over is 4.5 hours from us to Berlin (during which Mack was thankfully totally awesome -- and I'll be adding a few thoughts about how to keep your sanity on a long trip later this week) and we were...
